Director, Policy Division

Sim Li Chuan is Director, Policy Division at the Singapore National Employers Federation (SNEF). His research interests include the relationship between high-performing organisations and responsible employment practices, and the impact of individual leaders and managers in institutionalising lasting organisational processes and culture. He has worked in multiple roles in the Ministry of Manpower, spanning operations policy, communications, negotiating international labour standards, and most recently shaping workplace norms through legislative development and review.
